Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
With the exception of specifically listed on the website, delivery policy is listed below:
- Free shipping for each order over HK$1,200- (Net Selling Price / after discount)
- For order under HK$800- (Net Selling Price / after discount), delivery fee will be HK$45-
- Order from HK$801 to HK$1,200- (Net Selling Price / after discount), delivery fee will be HK$65-
We offer the following delivery services:
- SF EXPRESS
- PERSONAL COURIER
** Based on your order, we will select the most effective delivery method. Customer will either receive a SF Express tracking number or an email/call from our Customer Service team after order confirmation.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- Mondays to Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sundays and Public Holidays: Not Available
DELIVERY SERVICE
- Delivery service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories
- Delivery service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Outlying Islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and restricted areas.
- PO Box is not accepted as shipping address.
- An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.
SHIPPING TIME
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days upon confirmation of payment.
- Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 3-5 business days. For remote areas, it might take 5-7 business days.
- Final shipping time might vary depending on stock availability. Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.
DELIVERIES AND UNDELIVERABLE
- If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge you a delivery fee for each floor except the ground floor. For details of the additional charges, please contact our Customer Service team for more details.
- If orders are undelivered during the first try, our courier will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. We will attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning your order to the warehouse. If you require additional delivery after that, another round of courier fees will have to be charged.
